About New Aviation Classic
The Aviatore 280 – Heritage Edition is the rebirth of the iconic LoCamp aircraft, originally designed by Francesco Rizzi of Aerolab SRL (Italy) in the 2000s and first flown and distributed in the U.S. by Golden Age Aeroworks in 2015. Now revived by New Aviation Classic, a group of enthusiasts, the Aviatore 280 merges 1930s open-cockpit romance with modern manufacturing and engineering.
We have completely re-tooled and sourced components from Brazil, Europe, and Australia, with final production in South Florida’s High-Tech Space Port zone. Our mission is to preserve and relaunch nearly-lost aircraft designs with precision, pride, and soul.
